24-hour notice of cancellation is required to cancel ANY appointment. Cancellations must be made by phone or text to 315.520.4916.
A fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be applied to your account and charged to your card on file for any no-show appointments or missed appointments that violate our 24-hour notice policy. A one time only exception may be made, but on a case by case basis. In order to be given an exception, you must contact us by phone at 315.520.4916 to discuss your situation before your scheduled appointment. No exceptions will be made once the scheduled appointment time passes.
All clients are required to have a credit or debit card on file in order to secure a booking for any appointment. The card will not be charged until completion of service, with the following exceptions:
• Violation of our Cancellation Policy, at which point a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card after missed appointment.
• Participation in a promotion or special that requires pre-payment. Card will be charged only upon phone confirmation and consent to participation in promotion or special.
At time of checkout, client may opt to use card on file for payment, or change to a different payment method (ie. cash, different card, etc).
In order to track your progress, we at Ageliss Aesthetics like to incorporate the use of photos. It helps us to thoroughly see the changes in your body and face from beginning to end. Photos are used for documentation purposes only, unless express written consent is granted for education & training and/or advertising & marketing. The consent to photo usage is part of our intake process.
We kindly ask that if you have a cold, fever, Covid-19 or the flu to re-schedule your appointment to a later date. A “Healthy You” will not only ensure that your treatment is effective, but that you receive a true relaxing experience at your visit.
There are no longer any mask mandates in NYS for Covid-19, however if you would like to wear a mask during your visit, you are welcome to, but it is not required at this time. All members of our team will be masked during treatment. All treatment rooms and equipment will be sanitized after each use, and common areas sanitized multiple times throughout the day.
Any member of our staff who is not feeling well, will be required to stay home until well, and get a Covid-19 test as a precautionary measure. If test results are positive, anyone who has come in contact with that person will be notified immediately.
If NYS mandates are implemented again in the future, we will update this policy and post it here.
